Circus Arts Guild Of America advocates for salary minimums and conditions of employment, to include safe and sanitary working conditions, health benefits, rehearsal and performance regulations, overtime provisions, travel stipulations, vacation and sick pay, publicity, promotion and audition procedures and general work rules.

We have already seen the impact of our essential efforts through discussions with local, state and federal representatives, including a year of historic strategic meetings at the White House in 2024, and we continue these conversations advocating for the safety and health of our circus community.
