SafeArt & SafeCircus Act

The U.S. Center for SafeSport is an independent nonprofit 501 (c)( 3) committed to building a sport community where participants can work and learn together free of emotional, physical and sexual abuse and misconduct. More Art forms are seeking IOC & Olympic Recognition to fall under SafeSport jurisdiction, however the majority of Art forms may never have the opportunity to reach this level, thus remaining unregulated without any oversight.

SafeArt/SafeCircus will be charged with developing and enforcing policies, procedures, and training to prevent abuse and misconduct

ie. Reporting not feeling safe on rigging equipment.

Build a performing arts community where participants can work and learn together free of emotional, physical and sexual abuse and misconduct.

Provide support to performers through response and resolution protocols, policies and prevention education frameworks promoting safer art environments across the U.S.
